Elite Habits
Away From The Rink
JR Performance is dedicated to helping youth hockey players ages 8–13 develop elite habits and skills away from the rink. Our goal is to build stronger, faster, and more confident athletes through personalized off-ice training, stickhandling, shooting development, and video analysis — real coaching for families, not a generic PDF.
Four Ways We Build Your Game
Off-Ice Strength
Speed, balance, and injury-resistant movement built week by week, scaled to age and stage.
Stickhandling
Daily hands work that carries straight over to game situations, with drills that build real puck control.
Shooting
Release speed, accuracy, and repetition — position-specific work with tracked progression.
Video Analysis
Bi-weekly film breakdown with clear, specific corrections players can actually apply.
Built For Developing Players

Beginner To AAA

Between Practices
For players who want to get better on the off days, not just show up on ice.
Affordable & Personal
Real coaching for families — direct access to your coach, not a generic PDF.
